In the Egyptian creation myth, Shu \ud80c\uddcb\ud80c\udd71\ud80c\udc2d raised the atmosphere from the Earth\u2019s \ud80c\uddfe\ud80c\uddfe surface, separating the two \ud80c\udffb. Shu \ud80c\uddcb\ud80c\udd71\ud80c\udc2d was often worshipped \ud80c\uddfc\ud80c\udd3f\ud80c\udc22 by sailors, who were looking for favorable winds \ud80c\uddcb\ud80c\uddec\ud80c\ude16\ud80c\udd71\ud80c\udea1\ud80c\udfe6!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next two \ud80c\udffb amulets \ud80c\ude90\ud80c\udeaa\ud80c\udd46\ud80c\udfea are different representations of the god \ud80c\udeb9 Khnum \ud80c\udfb8\ud80c\udfcf\ud80c\udc2d. Khnum \ud80c\udfb8\ud80c\udfcf\ud80c\udc2d is usually represented as a ram and is one of the oldest Egyptian deities \ud80c\udeb9\ud80c\udeb9\ud80c\udeb9 &#8211; evidence of worship \ud80c\uddfc\ud80c\udd3f\ud80c\udc22 dates back to the First Dynasty!! Khnum \ud80c\udfb8\ud80c\udfcf\ud80c\udc2d is the god \ud80c\udeb9 of the Nile River \ud80c\uddcb\ud80c\udfcf\ud80c\udc8b\ud80c\udd71\ud80c\ude17\ud80c\ude18\ud80c\ude07\ud80c\udffa and fertility. In the creation myth, Khnum \ud80c\udfb8\ud80c\udfcf\ud80c\udc2d is said to have created all of the world\u2019s people on his potter\u2019s wheel. He is associated with Ptah \ud80c\udeaa\ud80c\udfcf\ud80c\udf9b\ud80c\udc71, who created the heavens \ud80c\udeaa\ud80c\udfcf\ud80c\uddef and Earth \ud80c\uddfe\ud80c\uddfe on a potter\u2019s wheel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next two \ud80c\udffb amulets \ud80c\ude90\ud80c\udeaa\ud80c\udd46\ud80c\udfea are a hare \ud80c\udcf9\ud80c\udffa and an Apis Bull \ud80c\udf9b\ud80d\udc11\ud80c\udeaa\ud80c\udcd2. The hare \ud80c\udcf9\ud80c\udffa amulet was thought to have regenerative powers, and in a funerary context, would help the deceased \ud80c\udd53\ud80c\udfcf\ud80c\udff1 be reborn \ud80c\udd1f\ud80c\udf7f\ud80c\udd71 in the afterlife \ud80c\uddfc\ud80c\udd3f\ud80c\udfcf\ud80c\ude50. The Apis Bull \ud80c\udf9b\ud80d\udc11\ud80c\udeaa\ud80c\udcd2 was associated with fertility and rebirth \ud80c\udd1f\ud80c\udf7f\ud80c\udd71 and was mostly worshipped \ud80c\uddfc\ud80c\udd3f\ud80c\udc22 in Memphis \ud80c\udfe0\ud80c\ude16\ud80c\udd24\ud80c\udd91\ud80c\udc8b\ud80c\ude74\ud80c\ude96.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taweret \ud80c\udfcf\ud80c\udd3f\ud80c\udd69\ud80c\udc8b\ud80c\udfcf\ud80c\udd97 is a fierce Egyptian goddess \ud80c\udeb9\ud80c\udfcf who is associated with childbirth. Women who were pregnant would wear amulets \ud80c\ude90\ud80c\udeaa\ud80c\udd46\ud80c\udfea of Taweret \ud80c\udfcf\ud80c\udd3f\ud80c\udd69\ud80c\udc8b\ud80c\udfcf\ud80c\udd97 for protection.
