The title of \u201c\ud80c\uddd3\ud80c\udc8b\ud80d\udc0d\ud80c\udfcf &#8211; King\u2019s Acquaintance\u201d is used to denote people who were close to the pharaoh \ud80c\ude50\ud80c\ude7b and can be written in two ways:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud80c\uddd3\ud80c\udc8b\ud80d\udc0d\ud80c\udfcf &#8211; if the person was female<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud80c\uddd3\ud80c\udfcf\ud80c\udc8b\ud80d\udc0d &#8211; if the person was male<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of this inscription \ud80c\udfdf\ud80c\udfdb\ud80c\udfe5, which was for a female, King\u2019s Acquaintance \ud80c\uddd3\ud80c\udc8b\ud80d\udc0d\ud80c\udfcf is written in the female form of the word! The Title has also been translated as \u201cGentlewoman,\u201d and \u201cCourt Lady,\u201d while the male version (\ud80c\uddd3\ud80c\udfcf\ud80c\udc8b\ud80d\udc0d) can also be translated as \u201cCustodian of the King\u2019s Property.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s take a closer look at the hieroglyphs \ud80c\udeb9\ud80c\udf03\ud80c\udfea that make up this title!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u201cSedge \ud80c\uddd3\u201d symbol is one of the most common hieroglyphs you will see in inscriptions!
