This ushabti \ud80c\udd71\ud80c\ude19\ud80c\udcc0\ud80c\udfcf\ud80c\udfed\ud80c\udc3e is dated to the 21st-22nd dynasties and is made out of blue \ud80c\uddcb\ud80c\udc79\ud80c\udfcf\ud80c\udd3f\ud80c\udff8\ud80c\udfe5 faience \ud80c\udee3\ud80c\ude16\ud80c\udfcf\ud80c\udff8\ud80c\udffc and has features and inscriptions \ud80c\udfdf\ud80c\udfdb\ud80c\udfe5 on it that are painted \ud80c\udfde\ud80c\udfdc with black \ud80c\udd8e\ud80c\udd53 paint \ud80c\udde8\ud80c\udc8b\ud80c\udd71\ud80c\udfed\ud80c\udff8\ud80c\udfe6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">We can tell the age of this ushabti \ud80c\udd71\ud80c\ude19\ud80c\udcc0\ud80c\udfcf\ud80c\udfed\ud80c\udc3e just by looking at it! Let\u2019s go through the process of narrowing down the age:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">This ushabti \ud80c\udd71\ud80c\ude19\ud80c\udcc0\ud80c\udfcf\ud80c\udfed\ud80c\udc3e is holding a hoe \ud80c\udf38 in each hand, which is characteristic of ushabtis \ud80c\udd71\ud80c\ude19\ud80c\udcc0\ud80c\udfcf\ud80c\udfed\ud80c\udc3e that were made from the 18th Dynasty to the 25th Dynasty!\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">This little guy is also holding a bag on his back (I don\u2019t have a picture of that I\u2019m sorry), which narrows down the age from the 19th-23rd Dynasties!\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">This ushabti \ud80c\udd71\ud80c\ude19\ud80c\udcc0\ud80c\udfcf\ud80c\udfed\ud80c\udc3e is also wearing a headband, which is usually only found on ushabtis \ud80c\udd71\ud80c\ude19\ud80c\udcc0\ud80c\udfcf\ud80c\udfed\ud80c\udc3e that were made from the 21st-22nd Dynasties, which is the defining characteristic and allows us to really narrow down the age!\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Since I can\u2019t help myself, Let\u2019s read some hieroglyphs \ud80c\udeb9\ud80c\udf03\ud80c\udfea!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\ud80c\udea9\ud80c\udc79 &#8211; The Osiris&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\ud80c\udf9f\ud80c\udd44 &#8211; Nebhor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\ud80d\udc19\ud80c\udea4 &#8211; True of Voice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u201cThe Osiris \ud80c\udea9\ud80c\udc79\u201d part of the inscription means that Nebhor \ud80c\udf9f\ud80c\udd44, through the process of mummification \ud80c\udef4\ud80c\udca7\ud80d\udc0d\ud80c\udd71\ud80d\udc0e, becomes \ud80c\udda3 like the god \ud80c\udeb9 Osiris \ud80c\udea9\ud80c\udc79 who is the main god \ud80c\udeb9 of the dead. This means that Nebhor \ud80c\udf9f\ud80c\udd44 will live on in the Duat \ud80c\uddfc\ud80c\udd3f\ud80c\udfcf\ud80c\ude50 (afterlife) just like Osiris \ud80c\udea9\ud80c\udc79 has!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u201cTrue of Voice \ud80d\udc19\ud80c\udea4\u201d means that Nebhor \ud80c\udf9f\ud80c\udd44 has lived a just and true life!
